October 2, 2012 Board Meeting Agenda Item #30 Title APPROVAL TO RE-AWARD BID #12-0141 FOR ELECTRICAL SERVICES - TIME AND MATERIALS Description The bid for 'Electrical Services - Time and Materials' was awarded to Bay Area Electric, Inc., and Multiband Engineering and Wireless, Southeast, Inc., on June 5, 2012.  Multiband Engineering and Wireless, Southeast, Inc., has been non-responsive to the bid specifications so their bid award is terminated.  The bid is being rewarded to Bay Area Electric, Inc., and NCN Electric.     Recommendation That the bids of Bay Area Electric, Inc., and NCN Electric, to provide 'Electrical Services - Time and Materials' in an amount not to exceed $200,000.00,  be approved as presented.
